success.

I have achieved one of my four simple goals!! (post here) Well, this one was kind of easy to achieve, maybe even seen as a cheat, ha! I have established a weekly yoga routine! Sure, I have a yoga class this semester that's twice a week, so its easy to cross off this goal, but I know I will keep this one up after the semester is over. Yoga is so addicting. I love clearing my head of the days stresses and worries, if just for an hour. Plus is really is working me out...I was sore after the first week! So congrats to me :)

Now I want a few yoga "things" to make my routine pretty and comfy...
I feel so accomplished.

  1. I'm glad you've fallen into a routine! I've tried Yoga a couple times. The first time made me feel nauseated; I think it was all the down-and-up. The second time, though, it completely relaxed me. The yogi (is that what you call the instructor?) said something that has really stuck with me. She said, "Let go of the words and worries and stresses of the day. They do not serve you now." It was pretty powerful!
