Crafty Weekend & a Gift to Myself

Hello there!! I had a very inspiring weekend and it felt so good! I haven't been "crafty" in a while, but it hit me all of sudden-lovelove when that happens.

I made this pretty butterfly wreath for my door, using Elsie's diy tutorial from a couple weeks ago. It was super easy and I did it while watching P.S. I Love You [super sweet movie-makes me cry every time].

I needle felted this little guy too-precious! I bought a kit when I was first learning from The Licorice Tree and it was so nice to have the materials ready to go for you. I love kits, best way to do any new craft.

I made a couple of scrapbook layouts too! I am addicted to K and Company's recent line of vintage inspired scrapbooking products-so sweet.

See I did have a pretty productive and crafty weekend, eh?! It felt so good. I wanted to keep going, but kind of didn't know where to go next, soooo I treated myself :) I signed up for Elsie and Rachel's new art journaling class!!!!

Tell-your-story

I wasn't going to join, but I really couldn't resist anymore. I can't wait! I already have my book and I am going to get started on the pages this week. I haven't done an art journal before, so this is new territory for me and that makes me really nervous, but also super excited! I will, of course, post my pages along the way. And if you are in the class too-let me know!
XOXO
