new painting!

so i decided to make one of my favorite doodles into a painting to hang in our bedroom. i love the simple black and white composition-its very striking on our wall.


i think i am going to make this into a custom print to put in my etsy shop...what do you think? would you like your own verison of this painting??

nook revamp

inspired by our pretty new record player, i decided to redo the nook where the player will live :) i feel like this was a big upgrade and makes our little apartment more mature. we definitely love it!

i finally finished my valentine's themed heart wreath! It turned out so much better than I thought it would. My hallway is now very festive and pretty :)

i love valentine's day! i can't wait to show you my handmade gift i made for david (but i have to wait to blog about it until david sees first in case he actually reads my blog, hah).

Spooky!

Here is my spooky decor I was telling you about yesterday...it adds some much to the season and holiday!

What's Halloween without candy?! I saved a small bowl for me and David and hid the rest for the trick or treaters, ha! Or else we would eat it all ourselves :)

It's feeling spooky around here...

I scored some awesome Halloween decorations at Joanns yesterday and made our apartment spooky! Now I haven't taken the pictures of how we used the decorations, but I can show you want I got...mostly Martha Stewart's line (I love her stuff!)
